Project to protect vulnerable children in Côte d’Ivoire

Coming soon – Red Cross sale

Published on 07.05.2015

In celebration of World Red Cross Day on Saturday 30th May and for the eleventh year running, the Monegasque Red cross will be selling various items collected over the year.

Every day, volunteers from the Monegasque Red Cross social welfare department give a second lease of life to clothing and other items dropped off at the Red Cross by those living in Monaco and the surrounding area. Every day of the week, by prior appointment, individuals in a vulnerable situation are able to come and find appropriate clothing free of charge thanks to your donations.

For over ten years, in support of the various actions undertaken by the Monegasque Red Cross, new or luxury items are sold at the traditional annual sale which has been held in the Espace Léo Ferré in Fontvieille since 2013. These items will therefore be sorted and sold at the sale on 30th May 2015. The Red Cross hopes many of you will come to the event where you will find various items, clothing, accessories, jewellery and furniture at unbeatable prices.

All proceeds from the event will be used to provide training to relief teams across West Africa.
